Fees Policy

Fees and charges for work up to $10,000 will be invoiced at the end of each calendar month, or on completion of the work; whichever is earlier.

For projects/work proposals (i.e. the “Proposal”) greater than $10,000, fees (unless otherwise agreed in writing) will be scheduled as follow;

  • 20% payable when the client accepts the Stratton Safety Proposal
  • Progress payments as described in the Stratton Safety Proposal
  • Outstanding fees and charges at the completion of the work; specifically within 14 days from the date of the final invoice.

Work undertaken by contractors in relation to any Stratton Safety Proposal will be charged in accordance with the contractor’s own fees policy.
